Dewey Pest & Termite Control

Dewey Pest Control has been incredible. We had a small bedbug infestation in our primary bedroom. We have a four bedroom house and two kids. Luckily enough, the kids were never bit, but we wanted the house treated because we had suspected that it may have been going on since April. After doing some research online, I had found a Reddit thread for our local Modesto area saying Dewey Pest Control had been great in coming out and helping them. Contacting them was very easy, the lady on the phone was kind and very helpful and they were able to get someone out here within two days. They got us scheduled for treatment five days later and sent us a complete list of instructions to follow to have the home ready for spraying. I am currently 40 weeks pregnant and I’m very nervous about returning home to any potential chemicals left in the house afterwards. My husband called and spoke on the phone with someone named John who was so patient, kind and informative to help ease our concerns about returning home after the initial treatment. He also gave us follow up instructions and informed us that there will be two more subsequent treatments just to make sure that the bedbugs would be fully eradicated. I really appreciate him! On the day of treatment, it took them an hour and a half to spray our whole home and we were able to return four hours later! There was very minimal smell, nothing was damaged, and there was no residue left behind. I would definitely recommend them!

Great friendly service. Always on-time. The technician servicing the property reaches out the day before for reminder and asks if there are specific concerns. I let them know i have outdoor pets and Dewey uses what's appropriate.

Dewey provides exceptional service! The entire staff is friendly, but I want to give a special shout-out to Bryan. He is professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. I first met him while he was working at a neighbor's house, and his clear explanation of how to fix my roach problem convinced me to hire him on the spot. Since I have a newborn, Bryan was incredibly thoughtful. He split the service into two visits—handling the exterior first and the interior later—to accommodate our schedule. When I fell behind on prep work due to a last-minute work call, Bryan was patient and kind, waiting for me to get ready before completing the job thoroughly. It’s rare to find such great service at a fair price. I’m so grateful for their help!
