Merced City Animal Control

I called about my dog because he had gotten out and I called to see if he had been brought in ( he hadn't been but I tend to think of the worst). I left a message over a week or 2 ago now and I found my dog and he's fine but I still haven't heard anything back. I understand being busy but at some point I'm sure they check there messages. I wouldn't call them again.

The lady on the left is very rude and unprofessional. My family had a terrible experience with her while I was at work. My family called Merced City Animal Control to handle a stray cat with her new born kittens in our backyard. In this stressful situation, the stray cats were already enough but unfortunately, my family had to put up with her unprofessional remarks as well.

During our phone conversation, I informed them about a stray dog in our area with an injured leg. They said they would arrive in about an hour, but to my surprise, they showed up within 20 minutes. They were very courteous both over the phone and in person. I believe they genuinely care about the welfare of animals and the people in our community.
