Dustin Pest Control

I worked with two different service people from Dustin Pest Control. Both were courteous, informative, and helpful. Based on my experience, I recommend Dustin.

I am extremely disappointed. I called them because in 3 weeks of moving in I saw a dead water bug outside my door and a dead one in my laundry room. They sprayed and about a week later I now see live roaches in my toilet! This is unacceptable and they claim they can only come to my area to respray on certain days so I have to wait another week to respray. I don’t think my home was sprayed thoroughly as it took less than 10min. Also I asked about them telling me if I had any possible entry points and the tech DID NOT let me know anything! How is that preventative?? No inspection at all! All he did was spray. I also asked about inspecting for droppings (mouse or roach) and was told he couldn’t do that! Even though the website says that they do! I am pissed. The reviews are definitely fake and now I’m stuck in a 1 year contract with these people.

Jason is the best! He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job explaining things to his customers. He makes recommendations based on our needs and treats our home just as he would his own. Thank you Jason!
