Write a ReviewDo NOT waste your money on this business!!! They DO NOT even put a dent in your issue with the pests that you're dealing with. Then I called my landlord to let them know that they got robbed, so they re-contacted Bob's to come back and do it again... And the same thing!!! I walk into my apartment and I'm greeted by roaches!!! It's crazy to think after all I did to make sure this issue would get solved and now twice, mind you in about 2 weeks that NOTHING has been accomplished. Not to mention they're RUDE on the phone... Another negative. Never again after twice in 2 weeks... Pay better and get it done right.
Danny is great he calls every month before he comes doesn't really interrupt anything and is patient with me constantly forgetting to open the gate for him. They are ALWAYS polite and professional on the phone and pretty forgiving. Love this place!!
Great service. Joe continues to provide excellent service. I have also had occasion to call the office and speak with other employees and they were friendly, professional, and showed genuine concern for our pest control issues. Highly recommend!!
