Dave gave us an in-depth inspection and he went over every aspect of his recommendations. He looked at my entire house (which is quite old) to allay any fears that I had about possible issues. I would recommend paying for an inspection with him. Even though he charges a nominal fee for inspection, the cost for inspection with him plus treatment was much less than competitors for same services and his inspection and services were extremely thorough. I think he can do this because he is a one-man team with very low overhead.

I have used Dave as my pest inspector for my own home purchases and I also am glad to recommend him to my home inspection customers. Dave is careful, knowledgeable, and fearless.
