They have incredible customer service, professional, knowledgeable, friendly technicians, and the best price/service of the three companies we got quotes. We had a crazy ant problem a couple months after buying our home in McKinleyville (July 2026), and 707 Pest has taken care of that problem while also making us feel like they’re taking care of us, if that makes sense. My sister uses 707 Pest and recommended them, and I recommend them to anyone who needs a pest solution.
I'm glad to see all these positive reviews, as we have a very urgent pest situation. Unfortunately we have been calling to leave messages and requesting service through their website for over 24 hours, with no response. Does anyone know if this business has shut down?
I've been with 707 pest for about 5 years now. Awesome team. recently with the rain, some ants started making their way back in the kitchen. I called them up and they sent out Walter. He brought like everything needed to take care of the job. He was super thorough with explaining what he was doing to treat the ant situation. Walter did a great job. Thanks again.
