David was very communicative on when he would arrive to our residence. His service was thorough and finished within an hour. David explained the process of what he was doing and what to do once the pests were caught. Would recommend to use Terminex and have David as a technician.

From signing up to receiving the monthly treatments, this company is top tier. Very communicative. Also, Antion communicates from two days before, to the day before, to ten minutes before arriving. This is important because we have a gate that must be unlocked and a big dog that needs to go inside. Furthermore, when the service is complete, he gave me an update on what was done and any problem areas. I appreciate the updates via text versus it being written on paper. Customer service is a 5 star. Communication is a 5 star.

I signed up with Terminix after seeing Brian servicing my neighbor’s house, and he has been amazing ever since! During his service today, I asked him to clean some hard-to-reach cobwebs on an upstairs laundry window. Brian took care of it immediately and even asked me to check his work to ensure it was to my satisfaction. Fantastic customer service!
