I was in the process of buying a house and part of this process involved a form that no one else seemed to be using. I was scheduled to close on 5/28/2021. Every other inspection agency did not have availability until after mid June. Wallace Termite called me back and said we can be there first thing tomorrow at 9:30. I met James who was 15 minutes early. Kind, professional, and easy to talk to. He was quick and efficient. More importantly, he sent the report back in less than two hours! Amazing! Pest work at my house was scheduled to start at end of December. They pushed off the work for 2 weeks, and then again indefinitely saying “they would call me to reschedule”. They offered no explanation as to why. After not hearing from them until February I called and they said they were a month out. Once work commenced at the end of February there was very poor communication about when they would work (work hours) and what they were doing. Finally they finished work and then I was pestered about final payment. Damage was done to the interior drywall since they were a little careless when they were doing the work from the outside. The patched the holes, but now I have repainting to do. Not very pleased with their work quality or customer service.
