Ismael was very easy to talk to. He laid out all the details in a concise matter. He answered all my questions thoroughly and gave me the reassurance I needed to go through with their service. Their employee, Giddy (?) also did a fantastic job cleaning our solar panels and took photos before and after. Definitely recommend this company. Hopefully the pigeons won’t be coming to our roof anymore.

The team is highly knowledgeable, and the technician was incredibly professional and followed all safety protocols. They even handle solar panel cleaning and clean underneath the panels thoroughly before installing the protective netting. Before the work was completed today, I noticed some birds sitting on edges where spikes aren't currently installed, but Ismail explained they gravitate toward the highest peaks and assured me this setup would stop them. He also promised to return and resolve any future bird issues. I trust their expertise for now and will update this review after monitoring its long-term performance!
