Ernesto Molina is a masterful house painter. We used his services to paint our fully restored 5 apartment Victorian in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. His level of workmanship is as good as it gets. And he and his crew are extra careful around the furnishings, and always cleaned up everything at the end of each day. After seeing what good work he did at my daughter‘s home, we hired E. Molina painting for a project in our home. He did such a good job that the project quickly expanded. The major project was repainting some of our kitchen cabinets. We had very specific requirements. We wanted them sprayed, we wanted a very smooth, brushless finish and, because not all of the cabinets needed to be repainted, it was imperative that the color match existing cabinetry precisely. Ernesto and his team delivered with beautiful results. His preparation is meticulous. And I cannot exaggerate that quality enough. He is meticulous in sanding, priming, covering and protecting flooring and adjacent surfaces and in cleaning up. His communication was proactive and clear. Every day he confirmed his arrival time and always showed up when he committed, if not early. We also had him paint out some of our (carpeted) oak staircase. This was another project that required an incredible amount of sanding, priming and taping off and cutting in. There was not one stray drop of paint that landed anywhere it was not supposed to. We also had him repaint kitchen walls and walls in parts of our home with 20 ft ceilings. He patiently painted sample areas so that we could make the right color choices. Ernesto was on site every day all day and had a crew of one or two depending on the day’s work. We were extremely happy with the quality of his work and with the business relationship.
