I think their prices are fair and their work is excellent. I asked for a very complicated job. Several color changes, lots of different sheens, and instructions. You really had to follow what I was saying and trust the vision. They were thorough and did a great job! The lines are crisp, the repair work is done well, and overall I’m so I love with my newly painted house! Thank you!!! I WILL be calling again!

The staff and painting crew from That 1 Painter were all amazing. From the walk thru for the estimate to the walk thru upon completion, everyone was professional and courteous. They took great pains to cover the floors and protect all the furniture. The quality of the paint job and dry wall repair is top-notch. Highly recommend. The before photo of the dining room shows the 30 year old wallpaper, which they expertly patched and sanded at the seams, used special primer and painted over. It’s a beautiful transformation. Their price is higher than other estimates we received, but based on a recent negative experience we had with a painting company that was considerably less expensive and did a terrible job protecting my floors and furniture, That 1 Painter is well worth the price!
