New Life Painting

Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be able to trust that the job gets done right the first time! NewLife painted the outside of our home last year and I asked them to come back recently to paint the inside. Everyone did a great job to coordinate all of the details - Mike is very patient with all of the questions about the process, pricing, timing and preparations so I could understand what to expect. Traci worked with my schedule to find a convenient start date and coordinate all of the activities. Juan is a great manager, checking in on the home daily and communicating the painting details of the job. Fernando and Raul were on time and ready to start every day. Our home is older and has some dents and dings but Fernando's and Raul's quality of work made a hugely positive impact on the final appearance of the walls and baseboards. They kept me informed on the plan of the day and answered questions. They finished on time even though we added a few more items to the original plan. Juan was great at communicating between everyone to make sure the job was done efficiently and on time, and very patient. The quality and attention to detail of everyone on the crew is very impressive. New Life painters, Kevin Sharp and Eric Osorio, did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home. We had horrible paint chipping, overall wear, and mold on the side of the house. Kevin and Eric were timely and very accommodating, given my work schedule. They communicated expectations and the planned schedule clearly and ahead of time. The quality of work is exceptional and they had expert judgement in determining what areas needed more work, and extra coats of paint. They replaced rotting wood window borders, old lighting and doorbell fixtures, and aimed to ensure I was happy with the progress and look of the home. Overall great job, quality, and value!

Had New Life paint all laundry room and kitchen cab doors and boxes. Cannot praise enough the pride of workmanship, professionalism of Adam Sanchez and Raul Lunarez, under direction or Adrian Zamora. We are completely in awe of their work at our home here in Los Osos. Thank You New Life 👏👏

I had a dining room, hallway, and 2 bedrooms painted by Carlos and Jose. I am very happy with quality of the work and the care and consideration of us while doing the work.
