I highly recommend this handyman service for projects small and large. Although they are very busy, Kai & his dad were quick to respond to my inquiries and provide an estimate to re-do an old pergola that needed a lot of work. He and his dad are very pleasant, respectful, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with which helped me feel comfortable hiring them for the job. They were extremely efficient, always on-time, kept a clean job site and did an amazing job! Check out the pictures! (*Update - I just hired them again to install a kitchen sink - they did another great job!)

I don’t have enough positive things to say about Kai and his team! My project ended up taking significantly more time and labor than expected due to extensive mold/water damage, and I am so grateful that Kai was here to diagnose the problem and navigate the process of fixing it! Kai is extremely thorough and an excellent communicator. Everything was straight forward from day one, and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism in addition to his flexibility and commitment to deadlines and staying within budget. His prices are very fair and he is worth every penny. Kai truly cares about his work and he goes above and beyond for his customers in many ways even beyond his job description. He knows his stuff and his work is absolutely beautiful. I will be using Kai for any and all future projects because he’s the best!

Kai did a great job adding a new wall & door to our open loft area. His attention to detail helped ensure the new drywall and paint look beautiful and original to the house. He was flexible with adding additional requests to our project, professional & on schedule. We will definitely hire Kai again for future projects.
