Sprinkler Medic

I used Sprinkler Medic for putting a camera in a landscape drainage line and replacing 3 sprinkler valves. My technicians were Jesus and Travis who are both great. The camera confirmed what I suspected that my redwood tree had both crushed the corrugated drain pipe and clogged it with roots. I chose to leave it be and figure out workarounds. But the camera work was well worth the knowledge gained/confirmed. The main reason for my review is the replacement of the 3 valves. I originally installed the valves years ago. I've had periodic issues with them mainly due to my high water pressure and back pressure from the line that runs up a hill in my backyard and I've replaced them several times. The next afternoon I tested the 3 valves after waiting a day for the glue to cure. One valve was stuck on. Jesus came back out first thing the next morning. He quickly fixed the stuck valve by turning the solenoid on and off. Additionally we saw the typical back pressure dripping/spillage at the valve from the hill back pressure and some dripping at a check valve on another drip line. Jesus put a check valve on the PVC on my hill that leads to that drip line and also replaced the check valve on the other drip line. Wonderfully this pain in my rear is gone. Things are working beautifully without drips/spillage. I usually try to do things myself. Jesus and Travis are worth every penny. I won't need to spend money for therapy for my anxiety of fearing this high pressure line bursting. Additionally calling the company was great. They promptly answered my calls and were extremely nice and professional. I believe Maddie was one of the contacts. I will definitely use them to replace my 3 26 year old front yard valves. It's great to have found a company that I can trust. Thanks to the company!

Sprinkler Medic was timely, thorough, and professional at all stages of the process. The finished product left us in better shape than before the problem occurred. I would estimate they saved us 3x what they cost.

We have had drainage issues in our yard the past 3 years with all the record setting storms. I was convinced there must be a blockage in our yard drainage but needed to find out for sure and have this resolved before another winter season. Junior came out this morning and was extremely polite and thoughtful. He understood the concerns and went to work with his associate. They found two buried clean outs on the main drainage from the back to the front yard using their camera. They removed a ton of debris and roots which had grown down into the pipe from the buried grates. They tested the flow after removing both obstructions and only saw clean clear water. We are all set for this season and should not have backup/flooding in our yard as we had before. Junior was excellent. Communicated what they found, explained the outcome. Very fast and efficient. Extremely happy with the service we received today. Professional, courteous, and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable. Well worth it for peace of mind this coming winter. I will keep their number handy in case we need help again in the future. FIVE STARS!
