We hired Suncrest Landscaping March 2026 to do a major overhaul on our front and backyards. The front yard ”lawn” was mostly roots, rocks and weeds when we bought the house a year earlier. Any irrigation that was in place, the lines were overgrown, broken and nonfunctional. The crew graded the whole front area, and removed old shrubs. The back had old plastic edging and mulch, which was removed. They installed landscape cloth, steel edging, drip irrigation, drought tolerant plants, rock and lighting. They were on time every day, and at the end of each day, everything was spotless. All waste was hauled away. We were told it would take about 10 days but they had finished by day 8. Everyone was kind and easy to work with, Troy discussed everything as things were happening. When selecting a company to work with, one thing that really appealed to us was the fact that Suncrest works on one project until it is finished, while other companies might have many ongoing jobs adding to drawn out times for completion.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Suncrest Landscape to completely redesign our backyard, and we couldn't be happier with the results! My husband and I had been without a proper lawn for ourselves and our dogs for over four years after the 1980s sprinkler system finally gave up on us. Because we were remodeling our home at the time we had to deal with the extended period of neglect at which point the “devil” weeds gradually moved into the barren desert that became our backyard making it dusty, hot, and miserable to walk on especially for dog paws. I couldn’t imagine one more summer of dust bowl, so we finally had enough and called Troy to come out for an estimate. We were impressed right out of the gate with Troy’s professionalism, knowledge, and how he truly listened to what we wanted. He talked through our vision to ensure he got it just right and spent what I thought was a surprising amount of time working through it with us for a free estimate. The estimate turned out to be very fair and thorough as well as aligned to our goals. We were sold. Our project included an entirely new sprinkler system, sod, flagstone work, various plantings, mulch, and a whole lot of rockscaping all on approximately 5000 sq ft. Troy was here every day since he only does one project at a time to provide the highest quality oversight and service. His crew was also fantastic! They always arrived on time over the two weeks they were here and were also very professional, polite, and a pleasure to have on property. All in all, we are VERY happy with the results and now have our own private oasis to enjoy. We tell everyone about Suncrest now when outdoor landscaping topics arise.
