One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

I am very much pleased by the customer service offered by One hour team that helped greatly in scheduling for the diagnostics for my AC unit and also to help with fixing the issue. Tony Ball was the technician who was assigned to our job and I'm very happy with his service. He always showed up exactly on time and patiently answered all my questions and provided recommendations how to maintain my system to avoid issues in the future. Overall I'm glad I found this company and would recommend them for their AC needs.

Technician Tony Ball did an excellent job. He arrived on time, completed the work quickly and professionally, and took the time to explain how the AC system works in a clear and knowledgeable way. Tony also provided helpful maintenance suggestions and recommended future work that my be needed to keep the system running efficiently. I appreciate his professionalism, thoroughness and friendly service. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with our heat pump and called One Hour for service since they originally installed it and everything is under warranty. They came out yesterday and replaced the condensate pump. Within an hour after repairs, the new pump never ran and started overflowing leaving a puddle under the heat pump. I called the company again to get another technician out and was told someone would call me back. Two hours later and still no call so I called again and was told I was on a "callback list". I never heard back from them last night so I called this morning and explained my situation...again. I was told I needed to speak to someone in "parts". I advised them I don't need parts, I need someone to come out and fix the issue that should have been fixed yesterday. They said insisted I needed to speak with parts and it would take about an hour for them to call back.....its been over an hour and a half so far. I'm giving this two stars and that's being generous. Their customer service has not been the greatest so far. I'm considering calling and outside service and sending One Hour the bill at this point. They failed to fix the problem and now I've pretty much been bumped to the bottom of the list. This has been a very disappointing experience up to this point.
