They installed duct and ac at my home that I worked hard to save up to buy ,old but mine and my kids . So I didn’t get it serviced prior to the first summer..two months into it I came home to water damage in my dinning room ceiling, due to water condensation that is created and making its way to the ducting from a panel that is suppose to block it from going over but falling into the drip pan?! As it went into the duct work it settled and made its way through duct tube, dripped onto tue insulation , through the wood, and sheet rock .here’s the kicker ..when I called ..we don’t pay for damages due homeowner not getting it serviced so we could have found n fixed the issue ..uhhh ? The unit was only 6 months old. I had to call a local company to access n make the minor repair like removing and installing new duct due to the damaged duct due to the water and that this contractor had been aware of happening in regards to the specific unit but does nothing… not even a gesture of good faith to help with my damage of a product they installed all due to their ……clause ..thanks for helping this veteran out ..thank you (Lees heating and air ) the saddest part of this is I personally know a couple employees of your company that admitted to me other jobs they’ve done and are aware of the same issues and the fight with your company is always the same thing. How sad Glad all my neighbors know what you did ..

Joel was wonderful! You could tell that he knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our air conditioning unit. He was here earlier than expected, which we appreciated!, and incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking the time to go up into the hot crawl space! Had to pay the price of our homeowners insurance deductible of $95.

My family has been trying to get our AC unit repaired through this company for nearly a year with no success. Phone calls are rarely returned, it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone, and at times our numbers have even been blocked. We’ve been given multiple promises that someone would come out to inspect or repair the unit, but those appointments never happened. Meanwhile, my family has had to endure the summer heat for almost 2 years without a functioning AC system. The lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism has been extremely frustrating. I’d STRONGLY advise others to avoid this company. We are pursuing legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It’s hard to understand how a business can operate this way and continue serving customers.
