Sergio was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified that the condenser fan motor had failed. He went and picked up a new fan motor and had it installed just a few hours later—all on the same day. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, but they also serviced the ice machine and made sure everything else was working properly before they left. Their customer service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was outstanding. Another excellent experience with Breezio! After turning on our AC Friday and realizing it wasn’t working, I started to panic and called a few companies. Then I remembered Breezio had helped us before, so I gave them a call. They were able to schedule us right away for an appointment today. Our technician, Sergio, quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. A previous technician had immediately told us we needed a completely new unit because ours was old. Sergio was honest and told us that wasn’t necessary. In less than 20 minutes, our AC was blowing cold air again. What really impressed us was that Sergio came fully prepared with all the equipment and supplies needed to fix the issue on the spot. He didn’t have to leave, order parts, or come back another day. That level of preparation and professionalism was honestly impressive and saved us so much time and stress. Not only was the service fast and professional, but it was also very affordable and didn’t cost us an arm and a leg. Some companies wanted to charge the same amount just to come out and diagnose the issue, while Sergio and Breezio diagnosed and fixed the problem for that same price. That kind of honesty and fair pricing is hard to find these days. Breezio has been trustworthy, reliable, and professional every time we’ve used them. Seriously such a great experience with this HVAC company. Sergio was amazing—super friendly, easy to talk to, and just really great to work with. He went way above and beyond, even spending his own time researching to figure out the best fix for my issue, which I really appreciated. He kept me updated the whole time, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy instead of stressful.
