Ruben and Carlos diagnosed the problem and ordered the part then a few days later came out and did the repair never once trying to up sale us for a new unit like the two previous air conditioner companies it was not cheap but saved us thousands of dollars by just fixing the problem we also added there yearly service. I would highly recommend them because they were willing to locate the repair part and save us money, and you can tell by the way they did there job they knew what they were doing and not just faking it

This Place is reliable, consistent and VERY Professional. We live in a new development community on the Golf Course in Dinuba and had issues w/our heater, other techs came out and we’re horrible as our heat was off for 4 days! We Contacted this place and they came right out their Technician Carlos is amazing!!! He assessed the problem and ordered our part, within minutes!! Carlos was very impressive he’s knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Customer service is outstanding!! Carlos came out the following morning to install our part and our heat was back on 🙏🏻. Super impressive!!! We’ve recommended them to our new neighbors , family , friends and will use them for our future needs.

Contacted them on a Sunday via the website message, received a call first thing Monday morning and I was added to an appointment the following day,but she told me if they had a cancelation or a time that they could fit me in,she would let me know. I waited and mid afternoon I was being helped and the fixed the problem. The communication and service was simply amazing. She called and kept me updated during this process. The service tech was great as well. It's so nice to deal with individuals who are truly trying to be helpful. I appreciated it and will use them again.
