Encore Heating and Air

Asked Michael and Representative to clean burners, check sensor and igniter. Michael replaced sensor Burt told me the burners and igniter were fine even though he did not take out and examine but that night after repair I had the same issues with the burners not igniting and the blower continuing to blow cold air Same problem I had before the repair. Not a Happy customer. 🤯

Encore Heating and Air installed a heating system in my home in late 2025. They did a great job and we were happy with their work. Unfortunately, they apparently have lost their license/and or liability insurance and failed to notify customers directly. They will not return calls or texts from any number listed for them, and simply closed their doors. We were contacted by one of their former employees who has obtained his own contractor's license and is soliciting business from a list of Encore's clients. We are supposed to have a 10 year warranty on our new system, and a planned service agreement for one year. Shameful that we had to hear this from an ex-employee and not Encore!

My family booked a diagnostic appointment with Encore - the technician no-showed at the scheduled time and didn't respond to my father when he attempted to contact them to see if they would still be coming that day. We went with another local company who was prompt and showed at the scheduled time of the appointment and provided us with an honest opinion.
