We had our AC and furnace installed by Alex and his team at Rush Air last year. We chose him for his expertise, and we’ve stayed in touch because of the kind of person he is. Alex is the guy who looks after you well beyond the contract. He takes real pride in his work and never pushes unnecessary upgrades. We know, because we had several other HVAC companies come out before him. Just recently, Alex came by to swap out our filters, completely free of charge, and ended up walking us through a few extra tips while he was here. It was great catching up with him again. Alex responded quickly to my request to look at furnace that was intermittently working. It was an old furnace that I tried to repair several times unsuccessfully, and he recommended replacing it. Installed new heater. A year later installed an AC unit. Later upgraded to double wall furnace exhaust stack, due to condensation. Work performed as quoted in a timely manner.
