Hi, We met Chris From CPmechanic2 years ago as he installed a new heater for us. His team did a great job at that time. Chris was super supportive and helped us very much, explaining all the options with the technical details and costs. Now we contacted him again to get some education about how to use the heater best in this times with very bad air pollution. Chris had recommended already 2 years ago a filter, that we at that time didn’t take because it was expansive. Now having a baby and this bad air pollution we decided to go for it. Chris did everything possible to help us super fast. We can not believe how good the new filter is. We are using an IQAir device to monitor the air quality inside and outside. Before we had the filter, we had 4 and then 6 airipurifiers Running 24/7 and the result was not even close as good. This filter is one of the best invest we did. We can not thank enough Chris for his support and also his team. They were punctual, professional, friendly and super important for us, they had masks and shoe protectors with them. At the end they cleaned everything. Thank you for the wonderful experience and thank you so much for the filter recommendation.
