I hired this company to perform a furnace cleaning and investigate a clicking noise from a damper. After the first time they came, the heat from one zone in my house stopped working. After a second visit none of the heating was working. After a third visit they just kept everything open so there was no control of the heating at all. I was then told how my system was to blame and that I need to replace half, or all of my damper system. When I asked how much it would cost they have completely ignored me. When I talked to the project manager at the company he was yelling at me on the phone. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. Through these awful three weeks we either had no heat or overheating for my two young children. I have worked with many contractors and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had. I don't know if it is incompetence or dishonesty, but either way I would not use this company at all. As a doctor I take an oath to do no harm and we should be able to expect the same from someone we are trusting to help fix our home. I have since hired another company and they were super knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

Best HVAC heating and air conditioning repair company in San Mateo. We ask 3 companies to give us a estimate on what we needed. We have a business location with 4 roof top 5 ton air conditioning systems. Two companies told us we should replace all 4 units. They are only eight years old and that did not sound correct. Bayside Mechanical was the only company who said there was nothing wrong with the units that a general servicing would not correct. $483.00 later we were fixed and have been very happy for the last 3 months. They saved us $20,000 plus. We love Bayside Mechanical.

I made an appointment with this company. To make the appt, they asked for a credit card? The lady on the phone was not friendly at all. The day of the appt. nobody showed up during the 2 hour window. I called and the same women who took the appt. answered and gave me a BS excuse, why nobody showed. She lied about not having my number, even though I gave it to her when I called 2 days prior. Terrible/ dishonest business, stay away!
