On a Friday afternoon after I returned home from a trip, I noticed that our Bryant HVAC wasn't working. I was pleased that Carlos, the owner of Bayside Refrigeration, arranged to have Jehovany, a technician, come by on Saturday afternoon at a time that fit into my schedule. Jehovany made progress diagnosing the issue and returned at 8 am on Monday to consult with Bryant tech support for assistance. I am delighted that Jehovany was able to fix the remaining problems and get our HVAC working again. I called other repair companies and none of them were available in such a timely manner. I'm pleased to have found a company that was available in a timely manner and, more importantly, able to fix my problem.

I seldom write reviews but this company was really great. Had 3 well known companies come out and discuss full house vs room options for my two story home. Chris from Bayside was the most knowledgable and discussed considerations that the others never mentioned. He was not the low bidder but worked with me to get a full-house system that I could afford. Bayside was right on time for all appointments. His crew was clean, fast, and the job looked great. I've been using the system for about a month and it is better than expected. I'm glad that I did not go for the low bid because it was cheaper. Getting it done right the first time is worth a lot to me.
