Brook and Ansen from Spot Free have been helping us for years, from the initial installation of our HVAC system (Carrier Infinity greenspeed, heat pump, love it) 8+ years ago to the regular maintenance, we have been incredibly happy with the professionalism of the team, the high quality and timeliness of services, and generally friendly and informative nature of their visits. The owner even reached out to us directly during the quoting process and continued to check in throughout the project to ensure everything was going smoothly. We found their entire process to be transparent and easy to work with, and the project was completed right on time. It's been a year now, and we truly couldn't be happier with the outcome. We opted for a hybrid heat pump system, keeping our gas furnace for heating while using the heat pump for A/C. We also had them replace and add a few vents, improving our return airflow.
