Dave and his team were fantastic. We had a 2 heat pump system installed in our home to replace two propane furnaces. Dave presented us with great options and we feel like we got tremendous value for the money. We shopped around with several companies including the Costco program and the price/quality ratio with DB was the clear winner. The install team was fantastic, the whole install took only a few days. We were perfectly comfortable with having the professional and courteous crew in our home. Duct evaluation and permitting with the county went smoothly. No surprises in pricing, what we paid was exactly what we discussed. Our home is much more comfortable with the Bryant heat pumps and Ecobee thermostats to manage temperatures.

Our purchase and installation of a heat pump water heater could not have been more rapid, efficient, economical and friendly than it was with DB Heating. We met David Brown and several members of his team and they all understand what it means to provide outstanding customer service. I know because I spent over 35 years providing and managing customer service in my job. I didn’t know a city permit was required and David got it done in a day with follow up inspection and approval of the work 2 days later. His team had to expand the entry to the outdoor closet where the prior gas water fit. That work was so immaculate that we can’t tell the difference. His folks were very patient in explaining the app necessary to work the heater remotely. If you are looking for work that DB Heating does and want a company to feel loyal to for later projects, hire DB Heating. They certainly won our loyalty.

I will definitely recommend DB Heating Cooling to anyone in need of a heat pump. From the start, Dave Brown explained everything to me in terms that I could understand when he came to give me the estimate. He mentioned a program that I could apply to for a rebate and this was very helpful to me. In addition to this he was easy to reach and always got back to me in a timely manner when I had a question or needed clarification. My job involved the removal of an old gas furnace and the installation of a new heat pump. The whole crew that came to work at my house was very efficient and I would like to thank each and every one of them. They worked well together to get the install done in the 2 days. They were very considerate and consulted with me whenever a change had to be made. They also made sure they protected the surrounding areas and to clean up afterwards. Most importantly the system passed all the required inspections and ratings and it works beautifully. We had a couple of cold days right after the install and I was able to use it. It is very efficient and maintains the whole house at a very nice temperature. I probably should have done this a long time ago. Thank you DB Heating Cooling! I am a happy customer!
