I received a call back the same day I left a message in need of diagnosis and repair of an old gas wall furnace that wasn't turning on/off without manually adjusting the thermostat. Alex explained the most likely cause over the phone and what to expect in terms of repair costs. He was able to successfully repair the issue in 1 appointment and the invoice explained the details of the repair. Very happy customer!

Everything about this transaction was fantastic. My HVAC unit was turning on, heating up, but not blowing any heat into the house. Alex came over within a couple days to tske a look. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Once he fixed that, he removed a bunch of filters from all of the heater vents (free of charge). He explained that those extra filters were creating a static buildup in the heating system, which would make it less efficient, and possibly a fire hazzard. . When he went out to his vehicle to get some tools, he noticed that my front door did not close without considerable force. He fixed that as well, also free of charge. There was a reasonable and modest price for the HVAC repairs, of course. Another company told me the unit was too old and I should just replace it...for 8 thousand dollars.
