Kenny was professional, personable, and clearly knowledgeable — he spent real time explaining the issue, checking our breaker panel and outdoor junction boxes to rule out any broader electrical problem, and answering questions I had about EV charger installation. No complaints about him as a technician. My issue is with the pricing structure. I called for a simple repair: replacing one wall outlet that had shorted out. The quote for that single repair came to $399.61 after a standard $120 diagnostic fee (which i was told would go towards the cost of the visit) — for a part that costs about $4 at Home Depot. On top of that, instead of just presenting an estimate for the repair I asked for, I was given two additional "options": 1. Replacing every outlet in the affected room (~$3,672.00) and 2. Replacing every outlet in my entire house (~$9,992.00) — neither of which I requested, and neither of which was related to any ACTUAL electrical concern found during the visit (why were these options even presented)?? I understand diagnostic fees, labor, and overhead cost money, and I don't mind paying a fair price for a technician's time and expertise. But nearly $400 for a single outlet swap, paired with unsolicited multi-thousand-dollar upsell proposals for work with no identified need, left me feeling like the pricing model is built around upselling rather than straightforward repairs. I'd recommend getting a second quote before agreeing to any work beyond the basic fix.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Marcus was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He came out to give me a second opinion on my AC unit, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. He also arranged for an advisor to come out the same day to provide me with a quote, which I really appreciated. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend Marcus and the team for their honesty, professionalism, and outstanding service!

The overall experience with Maverick was excellent. Johnny spent several hours doing the home inspection and explaining the various options for a full HVAC replacement. He answered all questions and went above expectations to ensure our family's needs were met. The installers Tanner and Justin were courteous and professional. They arrived at the earliest time of the possible install window and worked quickly and efficiently. The install only took two days to complete (full tear out and replacement of furnace, a/c unit, and ducts). Afterwards they answered all questions and left things cleaner than when they arrived. Every interaction with Maverick's employees was friendly with a genuine warmth bigger companies tend to lack. I'm very happy with the service and will definitely be using them in the future.
