Write a ReviewFast and reliable. We ended up needing a brand new unit , Kendrick quoted us five thousand cheaper than the other guy. They were able to install the new ac the next day which was a life saver and had the entire job done by early the second day. Very respectful and went above and beyond with the service.
We have turned to Kendrick on several occasions now. First to repair a mini-split pump leak (from the condo builder's poor craftsmanship). Then to repair an aging HVAC unit in our house. When the time came to replace this system, we went with a new heat pump system. Mike (Schmidt) was excellent in laying out all of our options, pricing, and explaining how everything works. Installation was seamless. But, we did encounter some issues with the heat pump in our 1st year during the winter, and the A/C during the summer. But ultimately, Mike -- as well as Jordan (Boyd) -- both had the patience & took the time to troubleshoot both issues thoroughly & to completion. Both issues were not simple, and required stepping back, evaluating all of the information available, then problem-solving. And both Mike & Jordan did just that! They fixed our issues. Lastly, when our A/C stopped blowing cold air, I called Kendrick as the clock struck 8:00 Monday morning, and Mike was at our house by 10:00am --- We are by no means special customers, but I Thank them for treating us like we are! 5 Stars!
I give these guys 6 stars rating. I needed a HVAC unit moved because of the noise. New construction Installers put it outside the main bedroom and it was too noisy. Had an idea in mind of what i wanted to do. Jorden came out and showed me some other options. Ended up moving it to a different corner of the house, worked out absolutely perfect. The guys were very friendly and gave clear explanations of everything that was being done. Top level service, highly recommend.
