Air technology came out to fix our ac. Troy and his helper (sorry I didn’t get his name) were very nice and polite. They took the time to make sure it was working great. The receptionist was very nice over the phone and took the time to call our home warranty twice to see where they were in the process of approving our parts and called before she left to make sure our ac was still working. I highly recommend air technology and will be requesting them in the future if we need them. Thank you
Customer service was terrible. Repeatedly told me they would call me back and never did. Going on 3 weeks with no air. I was told my part arrived then it didn't. I was told once my part arrived I would have it installed the next day. Apparently my part finally arrived yesterday (Thursday) and I received notification today that they would be out Monday. I tried to argue the point that they said it would be installed the day after it arrived which would be today. They are booked. So though I have waited three weeks and have begged them to consider that I have small children and the temps are going to be in the 108-110 range this weekend I will still be waiting until over the weekend. I sure hope they enjoy their nice air conditioned homes!!!! I own businesses and frequently use BROWN's for my businesses to be serviced. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER use Air Technology again.
