Noel was absolutely professional in his communication over the phone and genuinely offered assistance to avoid unnecessary costs. When we both recognized it would further troubleshooting on site he came to the rescue quickly. Problem was resolved and we are back to the indoor climate of our choosing. Thanks! UPDATE: Due to my first positive experience as reviewed above I made the obvious choice to call Pacific Coast Comfort for a minor follow up repair. Curtis took my call and was kind enough to make an appointment for the following day by 10:30 am. While changing my schedule to ba available 10:30 became 11:30 and so I called and was only able to leave a message through there AI system. I waited for a follow up explanation but that never happened. I tried a few days later and nothing. Over a week has passed and I followed up again with the same frustrating result. I also left text messages as I have previously been able to communicate without any problems. While I can understand unforeseen circumstance leading to the best of plans falling through, it will never explain the lack of professionalism in following up. I am only giving them 2 stars because of my first experience, but it's time to find another more reliable and reputable company that I can count on. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend using Pacific Coast Comfort.

The guys whom came out to my home to repair the forced air and heat unit were friendly and courteous to me. They answered many questions I had for them and got courteous answers. My insurance to care of my problem except the duck work because it was on the ground and critters could get to it so the owner have me instructions on what and n how to do the vent duck work myself or for a low price he could do it and for a coupon he would add to the deal, I will use them again thanks guys

Great customer service, my husband cant stop talking about how cool and professional these guys are. They definitely have earned our business and we will be using this company for all our HVAC needs. We tried 2 other HVAC companies and were told wrong information but these guys identified what we needed and got the job done right at a great price and timely manner! Definitely 5 star service and would reccomend to our family and neighbors.
