Regan Air - Air Conditioning & Heating (HVAC)

To pay what’s fair, call Regan Air. I came up with that slogan because Regan Air might be the only provider left in town operated by the values of the old school tradesmen. I work for a GC down south where I live and when I needed my hvac updated at our condo up at the lake, I was floored and enraged when I started getting bids. The well known shops in town were quoting me 20 grand to replace the hvac in my tiny, under 1k sqft, 2 bedroom condo. I’ve had sub contractors replace units in multimillion dollar homes in LA recently for less than that. The big guys are absolutely robbing people in the area and it should be criminal. I heard they were bought up by VC’s who are now squeezing everyone in the area for all they got. When I broke down, step by step, the costs and how inflated their pricing was they wouldn’t budge and acted like that’s barely them making a buck. I know the industry and refused to pay double or more a reasonable price to do the job. Thankfully I finally got in touch with Matt at Regan Air who not only quoted me a number that made sense but also worked with my schedule and timelines as i wasn’t just replacing HVAC, it was a full remodel. I can’t say enough good things about Matt or Regan Air. He’s a solid guy and Regan Air was the only company with integrity or honor that I encountered when searching for quotes. I ended up with a top of the line unit and a better price then my neighbor who had his replaced in his even smaller 1 bedroom a couple years ago by one of the big guys who didn’t even come back and finish the drywall they said they were taking care of for him. I find comfort knowing if I ever need anything HVAC related I know I can call Regan Air and they’ll take care of me and I don’t have to worry about shady people or bullshit inflated costs. I could just tell them do the work and send the bill because I don’t need to see an estimate because I know they’re fair and that is so rare these days. I focused a lot on price but make no mistake, these guys are professional and I got to benefit first hand from the years of experience. An issue came up thanks to poor decisions made years ago by my HOA. Lucky for me Regan Air didn’t miss a beat and got right to it methodically working the problem until, in no time, the issue was solved and we now had answers that would save my hoa (and me too) money down the road when it came up again for other units. Don’t think about it… the search is over. You’ve found the one for the job and it’s Regan Air. Thanks Matt!!!!!!!
