Nate’s Plumbing Review I had an excellent experience with Nate's Plumbing on May 1, 2026. Nate did a phenomenal job replacing our 3/4” pressure regulator and installing a new ball valve shut-off on the copper main water line. The work also included installing new 3/4” copper sections to properly weld in the new shut-off valve and pressure regulator, and everything was done professionally and with great attention to detail. What really impressed me was how far above and beyond Nate went during the job. The concrete water valve box was completely stuck and impossible to open, so they had to break the concrete box apart just to access everything safely. Even though coordinating with the city was absolutely not part of the job, Nate took the initiative to contact city water services, arrange for replacement lids, and coordinate everything for the next business day. That level of customer service and professionalism is rare these days. Nate’s Plumbing handled everything with skill, honesty, and a great attitude from start to finish. Their work is FIRE, and I truly appreciate all the extra effort they put in to make sure everything was done right. Thank you again, Nate!
