I recently used Kenneth Heating and Air for an issue with my AC unit, and I couldn't be happier with their service. My air conditioning had completely stopped working, and with the temperatures rising, I needed a fast and reliable solution. Kenneth Heating and Air responded quickly and sent a technician who was clearly an expert. He quickly identified the problem, explained what needed to be done in an easy-to-understand way, and had my AC unit up and running efficiently again in no time. The technician was courteous, professional, and left the work area spotless. It's such a relief to have cool air flowing again! Kenneth was so helpful and his team in the office is great, too. He was able to get out to me on the same day, called ahead, and was on time. He answered all of our questions, gave good advice on what needed maintenance and how we can better maintain our A/C moving forward. We will definitely be returning customers for furnace maintenance and any other challenges that may arise with the A/C.

My go to HVAC company. Kenneth came out and for a couple hundred dollars, repaired the part another company claimed would mean replacing the entire unit - at a huge price. Kenneth got it up and running and does by bi-yearly checkups. Also installed our stove hood and modified it so it fits perfectly. I'm very happy with their service!
