Did not keep there wiped there word. Showed up when it wad convenient for them. Kept me waiting all day i called 30 min after there supposed arrival time they say he is behind but will be on his way. Did nor hear the call and they canceled. I had just told them I was there etc. I was so hot and mad.

Writing this review for my father who received an estimate from these guys to fix a simple leak at a pvc coupling. He didn't just want the leaky coupling replaced but also the iron pipe riser as well. The riser was the main feed to the house and had a tee for an outside faucet. All in about 1' of pvc and 2' of iron pipe and fittings. Mind you, he had already dug everything up with plenty of room for them to work. About 18" down. He and I estimated no more than an hour's worth of work for a professional. Their 1st estimate was $1600. 2nd estimate was just to fix the leak at the coupling instead of the entire riser for $900. Then they came down to $600. Did it ourselves for $25 for parts and less than an hours worth of work. My father is in his 80's. These guys are probably good people but shameless businessman. You'd think they were rocket scientists or brain surgeon's. Buyer beware! No stars!

HONEST REVIEW!!!! In December 2024, my home experienced a leak coming from the bathtub area. I contacted Balanced Comfort, and a technician came out to diagnose and repair the issue. I was charged $600, and the technician assured me the leak was fixed. Since the shower in that bathroom is rarely used, we assumed the issue had been resolved. On 11/29/2925, we used the bathtub again, and the exact same leak reappeared, dripping from the ceiling in the same location as before. I called Balanced Comfort for warranty service. They sent a technician, but instead of inspecting the bathtub—the only fixture we used—he repeatedly insisted the leak was coming from the toilet. We made it clear the toilet had not been used at all, and the bathtub was the only source of water. Despite this, he refused to check the tub and continued insisting the toilet was the cause. He then began suggesting cutting into the sheetrock to “find the problem,” again claiming it must be the toilet, which appeared to be an attempt to create a new charge rather than honor the original repair warranty. It became clear the company was trying to avoid responsibility for their previous work. When we asked the technician to leave, he repeatedly insisted that we sign an invoice, even though no work was performed. We declined, and after several requests, he finally left. Balanced Comfort failed to honor their one-year warranty, attempted to shift blame to unrelated plumbing fixtures, and pressured us to sign paperwork for services not performed. Their conduct was unprofessional and suggests an attempt to charge us again for an unresolved issue they originally claimed to have repaired.
