My AC went out on the first really hot day of the season. I called Erik at Jones and he was responsive from the start — gave me an estimate up front, showed up on time, and texted ahead before arriving. The repair ended up being more involved than expected on my older rooftop unit, but instead of pushing it off to another day, he stayed late and made multiple trips for parts to get us back up and running so we wouldn’t be stuck in the heat. He explained what he was finding as he went, never tried to upsell me on anything, and his pricing was very fair, especially for an emergency call and the amount of time he spent here. It’s hard to find honest, knowledgeable contractors these days, and Erik was exactly that. I’ll definitely be calling Jones again in the future and would confidently recommend them to others.

We had a really good experience with Erik at Jones Heating and Air Conditioning. He replaced our duct work and was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from beginning to end. He showed up on time , explained everything to where I would understand it, and got the job done super quick. I felt the pricing was fair and very transparent from the beginning without trying to sell me everything. The quality of their work shows, and we appreciated how respectful they were of our home. The other guys tried to tell me my heat exchange (I think that’s what it was called) was cracked and the whole unit needed to be replaced but Eric went up there and confirmed I did NOT need a new unit ASAP.
