Black Diamond Heating & Air

Black Diamond really came through for us while other companies had alot of excuses. They presented all the options well, and gave us a great price on some well needed maintenance for our system. John and Mike are good people that are easy to work with and personable. They are our "go to" HVAC company now! If you are looking for some help with your HVAC, I recommend just giving them a call and having a conversation. I was really glad I made that first call.

This review is overdue. John efficiently diagnosed and fully repaired our declining furnace, as well as our fairly new A/C unit. I had another company come out (someone we've used numerous times in the past), who told us we would need a new furnace...turns out they must have just wanted to gouge us! Happy that I gave Black Diamond HVAC a call for a 2nd opinion. I certainly appreciated John's honesty when he showed me that it was an easy and affordable repair! The entire system works better than it ever did following his repair :) Communication with both John, the senior technician, and Mike, the owner, was excellent. Very friendly guys too! We will definitely use them again, when needed!

We are very happy with Black Diamond. On late Friday afternoon, we realized our AC unit was broken. This was after a week of over 10 hot days during an extreme summer heat wave. Mike promptly arranged for a Saturday morning service call with John, who was very professional and early. Even though it was scheduled for 8-10AM, John came at 7AM and was done by 8AM! So impressed. He replaced the capacitor, which can break after these heat waves. He also diagnosed an issue with the coolant, and we plan to work with Black Diamond for future HVAC needs.
