Write a ReviewFirst of all I want to start off by saying I'm not an employee, family member, or friend. Awesome Heating and Air is the perfect name for this company. I called them on a Sunday and Todd called back within 5 minutes. He came out the next day, quickly identified the problem. He had to get the part in Concord so he said he'd be back late that afternoon to install it. He was there around 3:30 and was able to fix it quickly. Todd was awesome. I highly recommend them and if I have any HVAC issues in the future, I will call them first.
Prompt, excellent, and competent repair service. Todd has a great sense of humor and called multiple distributors and drove that extra mile to find a replacement compressor that other vendors refused because they felt our 13 year old A/C was "obsolete."
This company replaced my 50+ year old HVAC in less than a day. They were timely, courteous, efficient, made sure my cats didn't get outside, cleaned up and hauled all debris away. The HVAC works well. The price was reasonable. I definitely recommend Awesome.
