Harrison repaired faults in the controls for our radiant heating system that made our house uncomfortable and wasted heat. He performed the overdue maintenance on the boiler. We called Friday, he came Monday at 8:30 as agreed, identified and repaired the problem quickly, serviced boiler, cleaned up and left. He is an expert professional and perfect gentleman.

I used this company to install my radiant heating and they were fine for that. However there was also some HVAC work involving wall units and a heat pump. They were unable to troubleshoot problems with them. I ended up spending nearly $1,000 for nothing. Ended up having Peterson Mechanical come out. They solved the problems. Also, communication with the owner was very bad. It took months to get the technician out. Apparently the tech had trouble reaching me by phone, but the owner never bothered to email me about it.
