He listened to what I was describing ans hoping for, quickly diagnosed the issues, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and completed the work efficiently and safely. What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in his work — he made sure everything was done timely annd well and would provide options if funky previous owner diy things were discovered in our old house . Ben did excellent work replacing the main electrical panel and subpanel in our home, and also managing all of the permits, inspections, and PG&E coordination. He has also helped out with some troublesome switch and wiring issues around the house and we would hire him again without hesitation. Professional, organized, and easy to work with.
