This place is joke want charge me $1800 for a fan Motor condenser replacement for 15 minutes job you only remove four bots Feed the wire to three components to the Capacitor and power to Contactor save my self 1800. And the fan motor was under 200 bucks.

The AC technician who arrived was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and clearly an expert in their field. They thoroughly diagnosed the problem, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand manner and patiently answering all my questions. They worked efficiently and meticulously, ensuring the repair was done correctly and my AC unit was running optimally before they left. My home is now perfectly cool and comfortable again, thanks to their excellent work.

We called Lee's to come out and fix our unit because it stopped blowing cool air. They came out and told us they wouldn't be able to fix the unit that we needed a new one. Told us the compressor burned up, they don't make the part anymore for our unit (because it is an older unit) and pretty much that our only option was to get a new unit. Gave us a quote between 20k-25k and left. We got a second opinion from a local company that came out, and less than 20 minutes later we had cool air blowing. They replaced the capacitor, fixed the burnt wires and it was up working again. Out of curiosity I still asked for a quote on a new unit and they quoted us $11,800! Less than half what Lee's quoted. I will never use Lee's again after this and will be switching our yearly services to this other company. Shame on them!
