Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Had condenser coil for home HVAC in Porterville. Called Shaw’s and was quoted $8000 to replace. Got a second quote for $3000 but they didn’t have the part available. Called Kennie’s and they found the part and did an amazing job all for $2600. I didn’t go with them because they had the lowest price, it was actually because they were so helpful and went out of their way to find my part, get it, and install it. The price was just their price and worth every penny. Probably a lot more. The person who answers the phone there (sorry forgot name) was amazing at talking me through everything and assuring me the job would get done right. And they did. They were honest, informative, and put me at easy. I only called them last because they were in Hanford and I started with local and closer HVAC companies. I should have called them first and I would have saved time, money, and a huge headache. Thank you so much to everyone there. Amazing job!

Apparently I called after hours. So I left a message to get a call back the next day. I only needed an annual service. Within about an hour, I got a call back from a technician, making sure I didn't need emergency service! I thought that was great! Because, anyone that has had their a/c go out in the valleys summer heat understands. The scheduler called me the next day . She was professional and kind. She made sure to explain all my options. And we agreed on my service. They happened to have an afternoon slot open to send out a tech. 😁 He arrived promptly and got to work. Did a great job. Cleaned up any mess and informed me about his findings (which were none, my a/c is in good shape🙏). So glad I called them. And definitely will use their service again.

I like when they send Jerry out. He is very knowledgeable n timely n explains the maintenance he did. He has bn coming out to do our maintenance for the last 3 yrs n hope he continues. Good man.
