Very professional. On time for scheduled appointments. Friendly and helpful in explaining my package hvac. After 25 years of hoping that my old hvac could hold up one more summer I finally made the choice to replace it with a new one December, 2022. I wasn't going to chance another summer like 2022. Process went very smoothly. They even solved a problem with our 2 front bedrooms by installing wider ducts to those areas. Finally enabling those rooms to stay warm in winter and cool this summer. I'm so pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company for your hvac needs.

Arctic Air came to my home today to repair my heater and I could not be more pleased. They were at my house in less 30 minutes and had my heater up and running within minutes. The service technician was very polite and professional. I would recommend Arctic Air to anyone who needs their heating and air conditioning worked on in the Central Valley. I am giving them a 5 star rating and they get an A+ in my book.

He came to give a second opinion on my parents dual pack AC unit after Lee’s told them the unit had to be replaced and quoted them $30,000 for a new unit.. when in reality it was a $202.00 fix out the door!
