Adrien and his team performed a 4-ton Daikin Fit heat-pump installation in replacement of the gas furnace. I'm really impressed with their craftsmanship and level of details during the process. No concern was left without attention. Install was very clean, all tubing, wires, etc were hidden in the crawl space and inside the walls. Team did extra effort to make sure it's not only functional, but also very visually appealing. The closet for the air handler is tiny, they had to take the whole system apart and reassemble inside the closet to avoid breaking the door or the walls. It's rare to find this level of dedication to the customer satisfaction, quality and attention to detail. Extremely thankful to Sage, Adrien and Egor for the quality work. We're happy with the new Daikin heat pump system, it exceeded our expectations. The whole experience from the initial estimation visit to the install was superb! Highly recommend Fuse services. Service center is so helpful and quick in-providing solution. On the day service took place, technician was late due to traffic conditions and I was informed about it in advance. He completed his even though it was late in the evening. Vitali who came to work was very humble and have lot of patience while working. He gave different options and I chose one.
