Richard has been out to do work on our AC twice now. Once to replace the thermostat and again today to fix a clogged hose that was causing tons of water damage in our home. Richard is always prompt with his arrival times and has been able to fix our issues with no problems at all. Richard is also very kind to our young children who of course are all up in the mix of things lol 😂. Today Richard had Michael with him who also was helpful and kind to my children. If you’re booking them through your home warranty request another company. Its been three weeks now and nothings been done. They came to see why my heater wasn’t working then called me back four days later to ask if they came to my house and asked me what was wrong with it. I told them what they told me was wrong with my heater. They said they would order the part and would get back to me. I haven’t heard back in two weeks now so I contacted my home owners warranty and they said they never received the claim. I tried calling them and it just goes to voicemail,
