Our air conditioner died this weekend. It’s been over 1O0 degrees. Inside it was 90ish!!! Shoutout to Shane. He worked so hard for us and had to go to the shop and come back. He’s very nice, polite and we feel very honest. We will be using him for maintenance going forward. Please call this company for your needs!!! Shane thanks again!!!!!!

I do not recommend this company. We scheduled an appointment for a new install of my unit. He shows up at 8am with not so much as a good morning. Instead he shows up early with a pissy attitude and immediately barked that i need to move my car out of my driveway and open my garage door. Then he gets pissy when he sees i have belongings around the unit i didn't move. Mind you, i was never told i needed to move these items (huge pots of bamboo i couldn't move alone) washer and dryer that aren't even in the way. He starts throwing my stuff too the way side taking no care to move things gracefully. He smashed several plants, threw items into my flower bed ruining many plants, he pushed my bamboo threw shade netting not only breaking my bamboo, pulling down shade netting and pulling down hanging lighting. He disconnected my washer and dryer causing a water leak he never repaired. He had to remove the gate to get the large unit in and he never installed that correctly either and now ght gate won't open. All together this guy was unfriendly, rude, destroyed my personal belongings and even after paying him nearly 7 grand, he acted like he didn't appreciate the business. I'm thinking this guy should retire or get a different job. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
