Pierson Mechanical

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Pierson Mechanical. Pierson Mechanical was assigned to repair my water heater by my home warranty company. The entire process from start to finish took 54 days. I had no running water for 19 days during this time due to my thermal expansion tank and water heater leaking. No one answers the phone, scheduling is a nightmare, and customer service is virtually nonexistent. The most disappointing part happened on the day of the installation. No one showed up during the scheduled appointment window, and I never received a phone call or any notification that they were running late. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told my appointment had somehow "fallen off the schedule" and that someone should be able to come out in a couple of hours. To make matters worse, Craton Pierson (the owner) called me four hours after the scheduled appointment time and informed me that the propane water heater I had ordered wouldn't be able to be installed but he could install an electric water heater instead or I could replace it myself. When I asked questions and voiced my frustration, he was rude and dismissive. The lack of communication, follow-through, customer service and professionalism made an already lengthy process even more frustrating. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you value reliable scheduling, timely communication, and good customer service, you may want to look elsewhere. If I could give Pierson Mechanical zero stars, I would.

Craton did a fantastic job! He worked nonstop, putting in several hours of overtime in order to install our new AC/heating system. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their AC or heating systems worked on. The price was a function of our home warranty and doesn’t reflect on him .

Stan from Pierson Mechanical serviced our AC home unit. It had to be completely replaced, this included our thermostat. He took the entire thing apart and even swept the rust that fell when he was removing the unit.He answered all our questions exceptionally, he was professional and knowledgeable. Not only are we satisfied with the service we are happier with the quality and swift response. Pierson even In this July 2024 weather and triple digit heat wave, we feel lucky and blessed to have Pierson Mechanical skills at work. (They are in demand!)Bonus he gave my 12 year old a crash course on how to use the thermostat 😆(since they use it most)Thank you for all you do!
