Write a ReviewMy husband called had a tech come out he said our unit was a great unit (old but told us to use it until it dies) and reported to my husband we needed the ducts replaced. The tech was amazing, thorough, and knowledgeable. However, once we called for our quote the sales department stated we needed to have a whole unit replacement- excluding the ducts. On our paperwork only the ducts are marked as needing to be replaced. My husband asked if they had the right paperwork and their only response was to state that our unit is old and *should* be replaced. Seems like a money grab scheme to me. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.
Awesome people to deal with. Bryan is top notch when it comes to customer service, and extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be doing future business with this company.
Do better maintain unemployees driving and attitudes.. cutting people off driving erratically is unexeceptable
