Gallagher's told our 74 year old dad that his AC/heating system was shot and needed immediate replacement... To the tune of $13K. We decided to get a second opinion and called DeAir and boy, are we happy we did. The tech checked everything out and said he needed a part replaced that would fix the system and he should get another 5 or so years out of it! A wildly different opinion if I do say so. All in all Dad wound up only spending $72.00 and the peace of mind that his system was in good shape. We have dropped our old service company like a hot potato and will never go back. It's the honesty we appreciate more than anything else and you can't put a price on that but we are loyal and will forever sing the praises of DeAir. Thank you for being so upfront! We appreciate you!

DeAir just came out and did an AC summer tune-up. The two technicians Matt and Sergio were awesome friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. The techs also did a quick check of my heater system and found an issue. Late last year I smelled propane near my unit, I called another company to come and see what was going on. The tech from the other company stated I had a bad gas valve and replaced it for about $600. I don’t really use my heater I burn a wood stove so I never realized that there was still an issue with my heater. Turns out gas valve was wrong and they had installed the carryovers upside down and in the wrong order. DeAir (Matt and Sergio) made the fixes right on the spot and got my unit running awesome. I won’t ever do business with the any other company ever again. The other company put me and my family’s life in danger by their miss diagnoses of the issue. I wish I could give DeAir 10 stars.

Quick service, same day! And had my parts ordered (and covered under warranty), installed and the AC up and running quickly. The technician was trustworthy, kind and loved my dogs. Thank you!
