We were looking all over Chico to find a fair price for an installation of a mini split in our 1x1 garage space. Flores gave us a fair price, was active in correspondence and communication during the entire process and really brought ease into constant delays outside of both of our controls. I was emailed all proper paperwork and adjustments were made quickly and promptly. Rosalia and Chuck are gems for this company. Chuck installed the unit professionally and I am glad to say the unit is running beautifully. Rosalia was in correspondence with the city of Chico for over a week and a half to get the inspection scheduled for our home and I appreciate how active she was in making sure that it was completed. I have gratitude for the entire team. This is a rare company that cares about price, quality, and active communication. I would absolutely recommend this place and I do not say that lightly.

Cody and Chuck were professional and efficent getting a mini split install done right, disposing of the old unit and cleaning up after. Flores took on my job that others turned down i will definitely use them again and reccomend. Leanne (i think) in the office was great also.

Highly recommend! We have used Flores H & A four times over the last two years. Each time they have been honest, friendly & professional. The honest part became most important after having two other companies out that both were dishonest, over charged & did not fix our H& A unit. HVAC is costly, so at least put your money where you are getting the truth .
